Living with Herpes Print E-mail

Day to Day living for someone who’s got herpes. The everyday life of someone who’s got herpes is that they stick to the same routine everyday of taking their medications and monitoring their health for any changes and even seeing the doctor if they need to for anything that may come up for concern. This is sometimes very difficult for someone who spends everyday waking up and going to bed like this because it’s a routine they must stick to. This is similar to those who are HIV+ who have to have a set routine of taking medication and any other self-care things they must do to stay healthy.

If normal healthy people had to do this you would see less diseases in the world including herpes because they would be mindful of what they ate and what they did in their lifestyle choices to be able to live healthier. Many people who have lived with herpes are living much more healthy productive lives due in part to them keeping a set routine in their day to day activities in their personal, professional, and social lives. People are told to have a positive attitude towards their condition that they may have something, but it doesn’t have to keep them down.

Many people who are dealing and living with herpes are healthier in mind, body, and spirit because they have surrounded themselves with those in their situation and with caring family and friends who’s words of encouragement help them to see past the adversity they’re dealing with. This is why so many people who are living with diseases lose their strength in life because they don’t have anyone they can turn to when times get tough in their life on a daily basis. That’s why life’s not easy on a daily basis for someone who lives with herpes because they’re treated differently in their personal through their social lives.

If you took a moment to step into the shoes of a person living with herpes it would be a cold feeling to know what they deal with and endure on a daily basis when the world treats you differently especially those who have sexually transmitted diseases that you can’t get rid of. So when you see someone who deals with a disease like herpes keep in mind that daily life is not easy for them when they endure a lot of ostracizing and rejection from the world.
