To make your message clear don’t learn to heavily on media. For making specific points, PowerPoint presentations are great, but they can be either overwhelming or downright boring, Fill-in-the-blank flip charts or team activities can be used to give your audience something to do. This way you reinforce and emphasize your message in a way that a computer could never do.

Try to reiterate the beginning in the ending of the speech. Sometimes, speakers get carried away with the details and they leave disoriented, having no knowledge of what the whole point was. Focus on the big picture rather than all the pieces because people naturally digest information in "chunks". Save the details are just as important save them for an after-speech handout.
